01 · Context & Users
Harnix is an enterprise AI SaaS: it puts an AI assistant inside an app a business already runs, and records what every answer read, did and cost. Its buyers are companies, not consumers — owners, heads of support and CTOs who sign off together.
02 · The Problem
“Enterprises don't buy a chatbot that only answers. Harnix had to prove its answers can be trusted — to buyers who will never read a trace.”
03 · My Role
Freelance for the Harnix team, focused on the marketing side of the page: UI/UX and visual design, the message hierarchy for enterprise buyers, and technical SEO. I also built it, in Next.js.

The outcome
Enterprise-first message
Proof, control and cost — the questions a company asks before it buys AI.
Built to be found
Vietnamese and English pages with hreflang, metadata and a sitemap, plus a blog that grows search presence.
A sales-led funnel
Every section leads to one action: book a demo as a design partner.
A live landing page that walks an enterprise buying group from “why trust this AI?” to “book a demo” — and is set up to be found in Vietnamese and English search.
